"The first time we met Lori, we were visiting Raleigh trying to decide if it was the kind of place we wanted to potentially relocate to. She spent a full day and a half during our short visit working with us - even though we were nowhere near ready to purchase, it was just a "reconnaissance trip." We were so impressed that, when the time did come for us to plan our relo, we immediately contacted her and she got right to work. Not only were we searching from across the country, but the two days that I would have for on-site visits would be WITHOUT my wife and kids - I had to be the "eyes on the ground" and try to find our new home. Lori knew it would be a challenge, but she was up to it, and helped us find and secure the perfect home. Her ability to listen to our reactions to homes, to specific details, her understanding of my wife's style and tastes, her ability to help us narrow the field from 3,000 miles away were superb. And when it came time for the mechanics of the offer and purchase processes, she was fantastic about making sure we understood all of the ins-and-outs, as well as providing tons of insight, tips and expertise to make it as easy as possible from across the country.
