About Lori Edwards

I’m a true North Carolina native—born, raised, and educated in the Land of the Long Leaf Pine. Originally from Asheboro, NC, I graduated with honors from Appalachian State University as a North Carolina Teaching Fellow. I’ve called Raleigh home for more than two decades. The Triangle is where I’ve built my life, living, working, and connecting with the community I’m proud to serve.

Before real estate, I served as a public school teacher and worked in non-profit fund development. Helping others has always been at the heart of what I do. I love educating and truly getting to know my clients, making sure they feel supported and informed every step of the way. My knowledge of the area, strong communication skills, and years of experience mean my clients have a trusted guide from start to finish.

I’m a survivor of Triple Negative Breast Cancer—a journey that taught me the importance of living fully. Today, I’m happy to share that I have no evidence of disease and I’m committed to enjoying time with my husband, our two college-age daughters, and our Australian Labradoodle, Boone (named for our beloved college town).

When I’m not working with clients or managing the RE/MAX United Raleigh office as Broker-in-Charge, you might find me on the pickleball court, snow skiing, reading a great book, volunteering, traveling with my family, or cheering on the Appalachian State Mountaineers. Whether I’m soaking up the sun at the coast or relaxing in the mountains, my love for North Carolina runs deep.

If you’re looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate real estate professional in central North Carolina, I’d be honored to guide you through your next move.
